The foundations of nut processing machines in Turkey were laid in 1957 with the first yellow roasted chickpea machine designed by Mr. Hasan BOYACI. The development of the white roasted chickpea machine in 1961 and the mechanization of sunflower and pumpkin seed processing between 1954 and 1965 marked a significant turning point for the industry.

In 1980, the conveyor-belt roasting oven designed by Mr. Mehmet BOYACI increased production efficiency and attracted great interest in both local and global markets. To this day, various models of these machines are still used worldwide.
